April 28 to May 2 due to thin trading. The CFR Southeast Asia
price remained steady at $350/mt from April 28 May 2 amid low price
discussions. Singapore was closed on May 1
due to a public holiday. The outlook for spot arrivals was mixed in
India for May. Market source estimates
that the tradable indications for cargoes arriving in India by
end-May/June were $305-325/mt CFR India. Market
sources reported that a number of Middle East cargoes were heading to India
during the first week in May. This could support West Coast India inventory
