Lower offers from Asia to reduce USGC prices-
Argentina, Brazil, Mexico domestic markets stableSpot prices for Latin American low density polyethylene were
lower on the West Coast of South America than in Brazil and Mercosur, while
they were slightly lower in Brazil. WCSA: Spot import prices for LDPE
along the West Coast of South America were at $1,230/mt. This is down $20/mt
from the previous week. This assessment was made based on pricing
indications ranging from $1190 to $1250/mt. These prices were below the most
competitive offers of $1,235/mt to $1.240/mt and higher than bids heard at
$1200/mt. We have yet to receive spot offers from US producers, but we
expect more supply in April, judging by the fact that facilities are running...
