Lack of downstream transparency hampers trade / Naphtha drops $23.25/mt in one day

The Asian butadiene industry was quiet on May 2, as China, a key player in the market, was on vacation. Other regions stayed away from the market, citing lack of clarity on near-term downstream markets.
