H2 May cargoes offer drops during MOC / May loadings from South Korea to US

The price of Asian isomer MX fell $5/mt on April 23, from $974.50/mt at FOB Korea to $990.50/mt at CFR Unv1 as well as $970.50/mt at CFR China. Market in Asia started to trend downwards during the Market on Close process, between 4.00-4.30pm Singapore time. The H2 May cargoes offered fell rapidly, especially towards the end of the MOC process. It dropped from $983/mt down to $979/mt. Sources said that H2 May cargoes offers had dropped rapidly, going down by $2/mt increments. Yet there were no buyers.
