Markets in Europe remained quiet in the week ended June 26. There was a lack of demand across all grades, and negotiations were carried out in successive weeks. The producers started the month with a price reduction target of Eur5-10/mt while the converters agreed to a complete decrease, in line with the monomer. The styrene industry contract price for June was Eur1,680/mt. This is - Eur30/mt less than the previous month.
