As the Lunar New Year holiday approaches, the Asian ethyl acetate price has remained steady from day to day and week to week. A trader in Northeast Asia said, "Prices have remained stable. Since [the Lunar] new year is approaching, there has been less [trade] activity." Market changes are expected next week, before the end of February sales. A major seller in Northeast Asia said, "We've already sold half [of] our February orders this past week... Next week, we will increase our offer."
