Asian toluene prices were steady to lower
in line with crude futures February 23rd and upstream naphtha. The expectation that
interest rates will rise and remain high for longer periods of time is driving
the crude oil price to continue to fall three consecutive days. Many pointed out that the current uncertainty climate is
encouraging a wait-and see approach. At
$81.09/b, the ICE April Brent contract fell $1.29/b during the trading day at
