Asian LPG Prices Rise with Brent Crude Gains / Liaoning Kingfa, China's propane buyer, has been heard

On April 16, LPG prices in CFR North Asia rose by $8-$9/mt as Brent crude futures on ICE were 49 cents/mt more expensive than the previous Asian closing. The front-cycle CFR North Asia May-delivery second-half propane was $613/mt, up $9/mt in one day. The difference between H2 May-delivery propane and the May contract price increased by $4/mt to $22/mt. CFR North Asia H1-June delivery propane was $612/mt April 16, an increase of $8/mt. The premium for H1-June delivery propane over the June contract price was $40/mt. On April 16, three bids were observed on the physical market. BP offered 23,000 mt propane for May H2 delivery at the May FEI plus 5.50/mt. This equates to $611.50/mt. The offer was still valid at the end. Trafi bid on 23,000 mt propane...
