CFR North Asia LPG fell on
May 3. This was in line with a fall of $42.64/mt in the July ICE Brent crude
futures contract since the previous Asian closing. The CFR
North Asia front-cycle first-half of June Delivery
propane was $510/mt, down $30/mt in one day. The H1 June CFR North Asia propane premium was $14/mt
compared to the contract price for June, a $9/mt decline on the same day. Butane for H1 June delivery was valued at $1/mt higher than
propane on May 3. This is a decline of 50 cents/mt. The warmer weather in the area has led to a reduction in
propane use for heating, and an increase in butane usage in residential and
