In a market that was
active and balanced, CFR North Asia LPG rose in price on April 13. This
followed the increase of $11.76-16.86/mt in the June ICE Brent crude oil
futures at the Asian close. Front-cycle CFR North Asia May H1 delivery propane was $597.5/mt, up
$6.5/mt for the day. H1 May CFR North Asia's propane premium to the May CP is valued at $18/mt,
a $2/mt decrease on the same day. Butane for H2 May delivery was valued at $7-8/mt less than propane on
April 13. This discount narrowed by $2-3/mt in one day. BP bid on a 23,000 mt cargo of propane for H2 may delivery, at May FEI
