CFR North Asia LPG retreated by more than
$3.36/mt from the previous Asian closing of July ICE Brent crude, as the demand
sentiment remained firm and sellers began to show an interest following the
previous day's rally. The
front-cycle CFR North Asia June H2 delivery propane was $538.5/mt, down $5/mt
from the previous day. The H2 June CFR
North Asia premium against the June CP remained unchanged at $41.5/mt. On the May 25 physical market, four bids and offers were
recorded. No trades were heard. Gunvor bid
$536.5/mt for a 23,000 mt lot of propane for H2 June deliveries at the June FEI
PLUS $14.50/mt. Mabanaft bid on a 23,000
