Asian acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene
markets fell $5/mt in the week to June 14 amid no major changes in market
dynamics. East China's domestic prices remained
at around Yuan 9,600-10100/mt. This is equivalent to approximately
$1,115-1.173/mt in import-parity. However, on import parity, they dropped by
$5-$6/mt because the yuan was weaker against the US dollar. CFR China
and Southeast Asia markets both fell $5/mt in one day, to $1225/mt each. Sources said
that all three ABS feedstocks were down for a third consecutive week. This
could lead to a further change in ABS prices. CFR China
butadiene markers fell $90/mt in the week of June 14, to $650/mt. CFR China
styrene monmer markers fell $35/mt to $909/mt. CFR Far East Asia...
