CFR North Asia LPG prices increased March
29. This was more than the $2.8-3.10/mt increase in May ICE Brent crude oil
futures from the previous Asian close. Differentials flipped from a discount to
a premium, due to strong demand from Chinese PDH plant and household usage. The front-cycle CFR North
Asia price for April-delivery propane was $565/mt March 29, an increase of
$9/mt. From a discount of $7/mt, the differential
between H2 April CFR North Asia propane and the April contract price has
changed to a premium at $5/mt March 29. CFR
