Naphtha stocks fell slightly in the
Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp hub ahead of the shift in specification for
gasoline to summer grade While supply has remained relatively resilient
following the EU sanctions on Russian naphtha and other refined products, the
uptick in demand from gasoline blending over the summer could draw on naphtha
inventories. Naphtha stocks have fallen nearly 21% from the beginning of the
month, from 307,000 mt March 1 to the current level of 244,000 mt. In other
news, Canadian producer Decklar Resources Inc. and Nigeria's Edo Refinery and
Petrochemical Company Ltd. announced March 2023 an agreement to deliver an additional
150,000 barrels of crude oil to the modular Edo refinery...
