CFR North Asia LPG prices dropped March 24,
lagging behind the $12.56/mt fall in May ICE Brent crude oil futures. This was
due to more supply emerging and softening demand as north Asia moves into
spring. The
front-cycle CFR North Asia April-delivery propane was $553/mt March 24, a
decrease of $8.5/mt. The H2 April CFR
North Asia propane to April CP discount was $3/mt. This represents a $4.5/mt
difference from a premium $1.5/mt. CFR
North Asia H1 June delivery propane was priced at $552/mt, down $6.5/mt from
March 24, while the premium H1 May CFR North Asia propane for the May CP was priced
at $11/mt, narrowing by $3.5/mt. H1 May
