Asia LPG prices drop amid Brent / HTC seeks up to 23,000 mt butane

The CFR North Asia LPG price fell by 50 cents/mt to $1/mt, April 30, as the ICE Jun Brent crude oil futures dropped 34 cents/mt compared to the previous Asian closing. The front-cycle CFR North Asia May-delivery second-half propane was $613/mt April 30, a $1/mt decrease on the day. The difference between H2 May-delivery propane and the May contract price fell $1/mt in one day to $33/mt. CFR North Asia H1 Jun Delivery propane was $610.50/mt at the end of April, down 50 cents/mt from the previous day. The premium for H1 Jun –delivery propane over the Jun CP remained unchanged at $52/mt. On April 30, six bids were recorded in the physical market. 30.
