Asian ABS Weekly Comments- Demand stable- Falling Feedstock CostsAsian acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene was
assessed stable at $1,360/mt CFR China and at $1,400/mt CFR Southeast Asia in
the week to March 1. Yuan
11,200/mt. Domestic China prices were at the same levels as last week. The import-parity value rose to $1,341/mt due to a stronger
US Dollar. Feedstock prices fell in the
week ending March 1. Styrene monomer
dropped $7.50/mt to $1,110/mt China during the week. Acrylonitrile dropped $15/mt this Week to $1,565/mt Far East
Asia, the last assessment February 28. Butadiene
fell $20mt to $1,220/mt China March 1. However,
