LPG prices in Asia fell March 2 despite the
$3.68-4.85/mt gain recorded in May ICE Brent crude oil futures. This was
despite an inactive market. Front-cycle
CFR North Asia H1 April delivery propane was $680/mt, a decrease of $8.5/mt. The second-cycle CFR North Asia H2 March-delivery propane
was valued at $672.5-687.10/mt. This is a decrease of $6.5-7.15/mt. March 2nd, the differential H1 April CFR North Asia propane
to April CP was assessed at a premium $35.5-40.10/mt. This value was unchanged
for the day. H1 April delivery butane was
valued at $10-15/mt more than propane on March 2, as opposed to $13-18/mt in
