The Asian benzene price ranged on April 26. FOB Korea and CFR China were at $1,061.67/mt apiece and $1,077.50/mt apiece, stable and down by $1/mt respectively. The day's bids and offers were rangebound, and market discussions were stable. Investors mulled over supply-side concerns in the afternoon Asian trade on April 26 as Israel intensified air strikes at Rafah, and was expected to follow up with a ground campaign. The front-month ICE Brent contract closed 77c/b higher than the previous day, at $89.15/b. Meanwhile, the C+F Japan Naphtha contract was $4.375/mt more expensive, at $714.625/mt, on April 26.
