Sea & Baltic -  There has been a significant drop in
people at work this week, as many countries take a break from school around
this time. This has been felt strongly this year. The cargo lists have
seen a decline in bio's and other renewables, although there were a few relet
options. There have not been any aromatics or phytogas available. It is
interesting that not all requirements can be delivered by rail. However, it
seems that trains are booked far in advance. In some cases, even months.
Seaborne freight is preferred.Southbound
- Demand remains healthy. Base oils to
Valen-cia/Augusta have produced several fixtures. There are also attempts to
ship Russian base oil to Turkey from the Baltic. La Coruna/Lavera paid
