Trading sources reported that Asian caprolactam price levels were likely $20-40/mt below April levels. A Southeast Asia-based trader said prices seemed to be dropping further. The price of benzene fell by $4.83/mt compared to the previous week, and now stands at $1,063.17/mt. downstream nylon-6 resins $20/mt lowerweek on week April 25. Bright and semi-dull grades were both $1,835/mt, FOB China. The full-dull grade was $1,885/mt, FOB China.
