Korea benzene dropped $15/mt on March 10, and the April/May physical spread
changed from flat to a slight conango after physical cargoes offered suggested
such structure. Outright bids for both the months were also at the same level. Paper derivatives showed April and May bids at $915/mt, with
offers of $917-$920/mt. The forward curve
was slightly flattened for the April and May months. The forward levels of the US Gulf Coast benzene markets
appeared stable and some participants believed it...
