Asian LPG increases as crude oil rises / H1 June differential steady

The CFR North Asia LPG price rose $27.50/mt to $655/mt, on May 20. This was due to the rise of Brent crude futures for the front-month of July and to concerns about a tighter supply following the news that Saudi Aramco had accepted June-loading-term LPG cargoes at a 10% reduction in tolerance volume. CFR North Asia's H2 June Delivery propane was $655/mt, up $27.50/mt from the previous day. The difference between H2 June propane delivery and the June contract price remained largely unchanged at $83/mt on May 20 compared to $83.50/mt on May 17.
