LPG prices in Asia recovered March 3. This
was despite the $2.08/mt increase in May ICE Brent crude oil futures. The
market was quiet with traders absent at an industry conference. The front-cycle CFR North Asia H1 April delivery
propane was at $687.5/mt. This is an increase of $7.5/mt. The
second-cycle CFR North Asia H2 March-delivery propane was valued at $680.5/mt.
This $8/mt increase was recorded on the day. March 3 saw
the differential H1 April CFR North Asia propane to April CP at a premium
$35.5/mt. This was unchanged from the previous day. H1 April
delivery butane was valued at an $8/mt premium over propane on March 3 compared
