The US Butadiene Market saw stable spot prices in the week ended June 21, due to the continued lack of external demand, which has pushed the spot price levels below US contractprice. US spot butadiene was at 56 cents/lb CIF USG in June 21, stable for the week. A first US-basedsource said that one producer had beenheard to be exporting material under US contractpricelevels. First nominations were heardfor the US CP for July. One producer is heard to have proposed a price of 56 cents/lb for the US CP in July. A second US-basedsource said that it was expected that US CP would settle lower than last month. The same source stated that "US CP may go down a bit, [but globally] Asian Supply Issues are driving up the market."...
