The Asian styrene monmer prices ended the
day lower than February 28th, in line with wider commodity markets. The
domestic China market structure was also seen to be narrowing. Discussions for H2 March liftings were around
Yuan 8480-8,500/mt. H2 April liftings were around Yuan 8480-8,490/mt. H2 May
lifteds were around Yuan 8.460-8,490/mt. H2 May lifteds were around Yuan
8.460-8,490/mt. H2 June's intermonth spread was $1,095/mt. This is for a
3,000-mt cargo for any April CFR China shipment. H1 April
laycan was assessed 1,095/mt. This is partially due to the $1,095/mt bid
and falling China market. The spread between the domestic
China prices on an import parity basis was increased to $36/mt. Today's
