The Asian acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene CFR China marker at $1,390/mt on March 12, down $20/mt from March 5, below offers heard at $1,400-$1,450/mt, and considering a weaker domestic China market. On March 12, bids were received from producers at $1,380-1,400/mt CFR China. This was $20/mt below the previous offer of $1.400-$1,450/mt. The price levels were not verified, and therefore not taken into account for the assessment. CFR Southeast Asia's marker was $1,400/mt at the end of March, down $10/mt since March 5. This is below an offer at $1470/mt. ABS producers continue to reduce their offers despite persistently low buying interest on the market.
