markets fell $5/mt in the week to June 14 amid no major changes in market
dynamics. According to S&P Global Commodity
Insights, East China's domestic prices remained at around Yuan 9,600-10100/mt.
This is equivalent to approximately $1,115-1.173/mt in import-parity. On
import-parity, however, the prices fell by $5 to $6/mt as a result of the
weaker yuan versus US dollar. S&P Global data shows that CFR
China and Southeast Asia markets both fell $5/mt in one day, to $1.225/mt each. Sources said
that all three ABS feedstocks were down for a third consecutive week. This
could lead to further price changes for ABS. CFR China
butadiene markers fell $90/mt in the week...
