Zhenhua Petrochemical launches PDH unit

Zhenhua Petrochemical restarted the propane dehydrogenation unit (PDH) in Shandong. Sources in China told a member of the team that "the company resumed operations in mid-July, 2025 after an unplanned outage." The unit was closed on June 22, 2025 due to a technological glitch. Located in Dongying in Shandong, China, the PDH has a capacity for propylene of 750,000 mt/year.
