Yeochun NCC operates No.2 cracker at lower rates

Yeochun NCC (YNCC) is running its No. 2 cracker at curtailed capacity levels. A source in South Korea a team member, “The company plans to run the cracker at reduced rates through December 2025. The reason for the lower rates remains unclear.” Located in Yeosu, South Korea, the No.2 cracker has an ethylene production capacity of 915,000 mt/year and propylene production.
