Xinjiang Juli Chemical has shut its Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant early this week. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the plant around January 6, 2026, for maintenance. However, details regarding the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Xinjiang, China, the TDI plant has a production capacity of 200,000 mt/year.
