Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe has taken its No.2 butanediol (BDO) plant offstream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has shut the plant around January 6, 2026, for maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Xinjiang, China, the No.2 plant has a production capacity of 104,000 mt/year.
