from their previous Asian close at $96.17-102.50/b at 4:30 pm Singapore time
(0830 GMT). Due to low demand and high crude oil costs,
prices have fallen to their lowest level in more than a year. Although
this was not confirmed, some sellers have also chosen to import rather than
produce. Sources said that rising interest rates have
