economicuncertainty.Thailand-based Indorama Ventures is lowering global
productionrates for ethylene derivatives amid poor margins and
lacklusterdemand, executives said in a Q3 earnings release. The company didnot
specify which products, however, or the amount of reduction.Indorama operated its Integrated Oxides and
Derivatives productionat 84% in Q3, lower by 1 point on the quarter and by 2
points on theyear, according to executives.Looking ahead, Indorama expects
steady volumes for ethylenederivatives in Q4 in the US and Asia, while Europe is
