The week ended 28 March saw both prices for flexible foam feedstocks remain stable as the market experienced some stability in demand. TDI DAP US was stable both on a day-to-day basis and over the course of the week, at 92 cents/lb. This is despite two price indicators heard during the week that were around 90 cents/lb. DAP US Slabstock Polyether Polyols were at 73 Cents/lb, stable for the day and week over week, based on buyer confirmation of prices heard between 73-75 cents/lb. Sources on the market indicated that there was a lack of demand during the week due to the uncertainty around tariffs. Companies wanted to know how new import tariffs might impact the market.
