Lyondell Basell will manage America's assets at around 80% in Q1Sources
said that the demand for recycled low-density, polyethylene bales from the US
is high. This was according to sources in the week up to February 8. One
seller stated that almost all his A-grade bales were going to export. He also
said that domestic prices are not able to match export values. Sources
said that India is still the top destination for US post-consumer LDPE
pellets. However, recycled LDPE pellets are still in decline. A
seller said that LD pellet is extremely flat. The seller stated that while
there is not a lot of demand for pellet, it is more difficult to source large
quantities...
