beslightly elevated in the week to Nov. 16.However, low virgin resin prices are
applying downward pressure topost-consumer resin values, sources said, as
buyers select the mosteconomical option.
With end-users working toward PCR content commitments for2025 and 2030, sources
said buyers may struggle with the price ofthose commitments after years of
using PCR material only if it's lessexpensive."How will they get to those
commitments and still get a pricebreak?" asked one seller.In addition,
North American PE capacity is expanding, with Shellstarting up its Pennsylvania
