Asian FOB Singapore MTBE dropped $14-20/mt
today to $1,277-1,300/mt on July 5, as a result of rising supplies and a weaker
gasoline market due to tapering summer demand. The $138.39-150.50/b price
of 92RON gasoline fell 1.08% over the course of the day. Front-month ICE Brent crude oil futures rose 2.40% to
$113.75-130.50/b at 4:00 pm Singapore time (0830 GMT), as supply worries in
Libya and Norway outweighed recessionary fears. The expectation of an easing in US trade tariffs against
China also helped to improve sentiment. According

tariffs on Chinese imports worth $300 billion as early as the week beginning...
