Turkstat releases trade data  VAM: 240,069 mt available in duty-free quota  



AA: After the earlier jump
between March and April deliveries, spot prices in Europe's acetic acid market
were mostly stable week-on-week. For products delivered in Northwest
Europe, AA was valued at Eur1,750-1,770/mt on 31 March. A trader stated that the AA market was volatile and
dependent on buyer needs. South Europe
prices were in the Eur1,700-1,800/mt range. This was up from Eur1,550-1,680/mt
one week earlier due to the northwest increase. According to Turkstat data, February 31st saw Turkey import
acetic acid at 10,485 mt. This was an increase of 11.59% month-on-month and
48.51% annually. China was Turkey's main
supplier of acetic acids in February, followed by the UK, the US, and Canada,
