toluene prices increased in line with crude oil and upstream markets on May 6. Sources said that a
2,000-mt cargo from Yeosu was traded at an average month June FOB Korea plus
$10-12/mt June loading. A trader stated
that everyone is interested in June cargo blenders. All traders are interested. According to trading sources, east China's ex-tank supplies
rose by 8,500mt to 53,000mt during the week ending May 6. Meanwhile,
inventories in the South fell by 5,000mt and 18,000mt over that same time. According to trading sources, a Thai supplier had offered
1,000-2,000 mt toluene to June delivery at FOB Korea and $56-70/mt CFR
