February 17th. There were no offers or bids on the market. A March
loading for a ASTM D-841 cargo weighing 2,000 mt was offered at $878/mt. The
buyer received a letter of credit. The seller was required to specify the
laycan and it was outside of the assessment half-months H2 March and
April. There were no trades. China's domestic prices for ex-tank
supplies were higher. According to trading sources, prompt and H2 February
supplies were discussed at Yuan 7,230/mt. On an import-parity basis, this
equates to $909.29/mt. An unstandard-sized China-origin cargo for H2March
