Asian Toluene - Prices remain steady on the day, but firmer
on the week- East China stock high in the week- Bids-offers seen during MOCAsian toluene prices remained
stable on Oct. 14th, the day before the half-month rollovers on October 16, but
the FOB Korean price rose $13-$19/mt during the week. Last seen was an offer for
2,000 mt ASTM D-841 cargo at $980-$1000/mt FOB Korea, LC at the sight before the MOC session. The same seller made a bid at
$950-$970/mt, which expired at 4.26 pm Singapore time. According to industry sources, east China's toluene
inventory was 5K mt more than a week ago, at 41,500mt. Sources also said that South China's inventory fell 200 mt
to 7,000 mt during the same period. Industry
sources claimed that toluene was being offered into India at FOB Korea...
