December was offered at $950-$970/mt. Another east China cargo was offered
at $940-$960/mt FOB Zhangjiagang. minimum 99.55% purity, letter credit at
sight. H1 December was offered at $950-$975/mt. Industry sources stated that
the east China inventory fell 13,000 mt from a previous to 51,000
mt. Sources said that South China inventory fell 2,000mt over the
period of 3,500 mt. Southeast Asian spot talks were halted due to
low buying. Ex-tank talks in India fell. The Rupees of domestic
ex-tank discussions were down Rupees 0.5 to 1/kg at Rupee93.5-Rupee94/kg,
despite significant increases in crude oil prices after and during the
