Asian Toluene prices fall due to weakness in the upstream /Domestic Prices in China Fall /Taiwan Formosa is seeking 6kt of toluene for arrival in August

The Asian toluene market fell on July 11. The FOB Korea marker dropped $10/mt compared to the previous day's close. Meanwhile, the FOB china marker was down $9/mt compared with the previous day, at $667/mt. At the Asian close on July 11, the front-month ICE Brent August futures dropped $1.05/b to $68.96/b. The C+F Japan Naphtha marker fell $6.75/mt. FOB Korea's first-half and Second-Half August laycans are priced at $654/mt. This is below the $655/mt offer for loading H2 August in the Market on Close process. Over the trading session, the domestic China market declined. On July 11, the prompt ex-tank east China domestic marker was Yuan 5,515/mt. This is down Yuan 80/mt or about $665.13/mt based on import parity.
