Asian toluene prices fell on Nov. 10,
following a fourth consecutive day of decline in crude oil futures. Based on a letter of credit at sight, the 2,000-mt
cargo was offered at$935-950/mt FOB Maoming, for 3,000 mt of minimum 99.5%
purity and letter of credit at sight. According to
industry sources, there were no trades. The USD/CNY exchange rate continued its
decline against the yuan making imports more difficult. East China
domestic promote-tank supplies were up Yuan 10/mt at Yuan 7,430/mt, but inched
down day on the day due to foreign exchange rates, equating to $886.23/-890.40mt on
an import-parity basis. Some market sources understood that some Southeast Asian
term 2023negotiations would likely be pushed till January, amid the uncertainty...
