demand and better output from refineries. Despite low demand, activity in the Market on the Close
Assessment process was strong. The MOC
witnessed healthy activity with three offers and three bids. According to sources, this was due to market players trying
to test market prices in a market with low demand levels. Sources say that "some buyers" are willing to buy
some inventory for December. The market is
still "quite quiet", with no clear direction. People are trying to
