May 13 and $1,355/mt-$1,370/mt FPOB Korea May 13. The average H1 June
laycans and H2 June laycans is used to calculating the marker. During the Market on Close process, there were no
transparent offers or bids. H1 and H2 June
laycans were valued at $1.325/mt-$1.350/mt CFR China. This was $5 less than
intraday values. It partially considered an offer to purchase FOB China June
cargo for $1,325/mt-$1,345/mt, as opposed to an offer for the same laycan for
$1,350/mt- $1,370/mt. Yuan 25/mt was
charged for the prompt East China marker at Yuan 10,035/mt ex-tank. This
amounts to $1,282.28/mt-$1,295.40/mt if you consider import-parity. FOB Korea was assessed at $1.355/mt-$1.370/mt with a $30/mt-$40/mt
premium for CFR China. CFR Taiwan was
