the back of increased demand, Asian styrene monomer rose $46/mt to $1,016/mt CFR
China. $1,011/mt FBO Korea Dec. 1. Domestic China prompt marker was
up Yuan210/mt Yuan 8,095/mt ex-tank. This equates to approximately $986.07/mt
if you consider import parity. The sentiments in the domestic China market
were mixed. One trader expressed optimism after the Guangdong COVID-19
restrictions were eased, while another source expressed concern about the
effect of China's wider pandemic on the demand for the future. The ongoing
negotiations for the next 12 months have been dragging on for longer than
