over the day to $1,170/mt CFR China. The China domestic price was lower by Yuan
37.5-57.50/mt at Yuan 9,780-9,900/mt Ex-tank. This equates to $1,257-1,290/mt
based on import-parity on July 15. The day trading session in China saw
both future and physical prices drop. Physical numbers were heard at Yuan
9,450-9.480/mt H2 July delivery, Yuan 8,890-8,900/mt H2 August delivery, and
Yuan 8,500-8.520/mt H2 September delivery. Yuan 180-240/mt was the
narrowest, with a Yuan 322-370/mt backwardation to prompt/H2 delivery. H2
July/H2 august saw a narrowing of Yuan 135-200/mt and Yuan 565-600/mt. Sources
