Asian isomer MX up $19/mt on the day at $969/mt
FBO Korea and $964/mt CFRUnv1, but stable at $973/mt CFR China Sept. 2. According to market
sources, there were mixed views on supply and demand. One producer stated that isomer-MX is being supported by
higher demand from China. He is also hearing that cargoes are needed for
October. According to another source,
isomer-MX has remained rangebound due to movements in PX/Naphtha. Multiple sources stated that the Isomx market was still
long. Domestic China H2 September cargoes
were offered at Yuan 7,920/mt (for H2 September) and Yuan 7,930/mt (for H2
